Maximising potential is about developing your skills. For example,if we are good in Art, and how to develop your skill is by practising everytime. We should try and perfect our skills. Practice makes perfect.

Freedom

We must gain our parents trust before they even give us freedom. i think if the child can't even gain their parents trust, why should their parents give them freedom? And if the children complains they can't blame their parents but only themselves as they did not gain their parents trust.
